Virtual Annual General Meeting 2021

Tuesday, September 21, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Downtown Cambridge BIA Board of Directors invites BIA members to join them to find out about the proposed 2022 budget, review of 2021 highlights, and plans for next year. 

To register and receive the Zoom link to the meeting, please email with your business name or property address no later than Tuesday, September 21 at 12 pm noon hour. 

Request to Speak Application
At the Downtown Cambridge BIA, we welcome community involvement and feedback. If you'd like to speak at a Board meeting, you can request to appear as a delegation.


To do so, please fill the Request to Speak at Board of Management Monthly Meeting form. Submit it to at least 14 business days prior to the meeting. Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

Please be sure to completely fill out the form and please list and send a copy of any material that will be presented/distributed during your presentation. 


Presentation material MUST be emailed to the BIA at least one day before the meeting.

*Each speaker shall limit his/her remarks to the specified time allotment and to the topic indicated on the application. In the interest of time, speakers may be asked to limit their presentation. Organized groups may choose a single spokesperson who may speak for the group with no increase in time.
