No experience is required. These free programs are offered on rotation from 6:30pm - 7:30pm every Wednesday on lower Main Street.
HIIT: Workout is designed to get you moving in dynamic ways; functional training using your body weight and added resistance. Offered July 6, 20. Aug 3, 17, 31. Sept 14, 28.
YOGA: Movement designed to combine breath with movement. Connect to your breath as you move through your flows. Offered July 13, 27. Aug 10, 24. Sept 7, 21.
